Each player is allocated a piece of land, provided with a government loan. Develop your farm through wise buying, productivity and selling. The winner is the first player to;
- repay the loan, build a farmhouse, build livestock sheds, build produce sheds, install electricity and water and buy a tractor.

"With the current world food shortage, it is essential that the nation develops all its available agricultural land to meet demand and also to earn vital foreign exchange by exporting its surplus. To ensure that a modern approach is applied to farming, with the hope that greater productivity will be achieved, the government has decided to allocate land, free of charge, to persons who have completed their formal education. Such persons will also receive a development loan to assist them in the early stages of developing their farms.
A district development officer from the ministry of agriculture will be assigned to every 4 farms. His duties will include advice and guidance, purchasing and control on market days."
