| Fly as many passengers as possible from your home airport to the destination airport on the main board. Radio calls, incidents, ATC operators are all as authentic as possible. The first player to disembark the passengers from their 4 flights, ends the game. The winner is decided afterwards by the ATC depending on the number of passengers landed versus those left behind. A collectors' item. 4 airlines are represented in the game; British Airways, Pan Am, Quantas and Swiss Air. A full game of Airways with 4 players and an ATC generally takes 2 to 3 hours. The rules booklet includes information and statistics on each of the 4 airlines and details of the role of Air Traffic Control in real life. The game design and the information make the game authentic and realistic. A shortened game is also described. |
