Stop the monopolistic practices of cartels of the companies illustrated on the playing board by successfully accusing them of Monopoly. The winner is the player with the most fair trading credit points plus their residual money. Fair trading credit points signify the pleasure of doing something useful for society.

Anti-Monopoly is NOT designed for those people who hate playing the game Monopoly. This game is new and very different. The aim is not to buy the company or property you land on but to successfully make an accusation against the company which is operating as a monopoly. The principle is that Monopolies are bad both for the consumer and the country.

There are 2 almost identical editions of this game, one apparently by Peter Pan Playthings and one by Gibsons Games. Both editions were made in the Netherlands by Hanky Panky Toys for Peter Pan Playthings Ltd. The contents, game board, playing pieces and rules are identical. The logo on the front differs and the Gibsons version has slightly darker tones of red, black and yellow on the box lid. The box base has a picture of the game’s contents and the inner packaging but is inaccurate. At some stage the manufacturers changed the inner design but not the picture.
