Each player is a roman noble trying to attain the position of Consul and enjoying themselves as much as possible along the way.
To win, the noble must gain sufficient wealth, at least 150,000 sesterces, 6 slaves, 1 villa and 1 chariot. Only then can you travel up the ' Consul Route' to claim the Consul's laurel crown (hosts may like to provide one) by throwing a six on one dice.

Orgy can be as outrageous or as straightforward as desired. It is a simple, fun game; a light hearted and fictitious potpourri of roman life. Players are encouraged to enter into the spirit of the game so is best played at parties or after dinner.
Hosts can choose players and select food and drinks, there are plenty of suggestions for luxurious and disgusting foods and highly alcoholic drinks in the booklet provided. Seating arrangements can be very important.
It may be advisable to play using milder potions to begin with. Things can get out of hand quite quickly ... you have been warned:)
