| Word game; call for 9 consonants and/or vowels. The relevant cards are placed in 9 spaces in the tray. Within a set time, try to make the longest word you can from the 9 letters. Number game; from 6 numbers try to make an equation to be as close as possible to a target number. Conundrum; 9 letters are provided, unjumble them to form a word. The popular Yorkshire TV Channel 4 quiz show hosted by Richard Whiteley and Carol Vorderman, was the first program aired on Channel 4 which first broadcast November 1982. Richard sadly died in June 2005 after 23 years of hosting and was replaced by Des Lynham. A classic TV show which works well as a board game. |
