Some of the world's greatest story tellers invite you to play. From The hound of the Baskervilles to Wuthering Heights, you'll find thrills, chills, comedy and romance waiting for you. Score points by answering questions based on reading a chosen passage. The questions get harder with each echelon. The game ends when the 7th echelon is finished. The player with the highest score, wins.

Each side of an Echelon extract card refers to one question and answer card. Cards 251 to 286 are written especially for children, however most cards will have some questions for younger players.
Echelon; a ladder formation, class, degree, grade, hierarchy, level, rank. Highest echelon, the pinnacle of achievement.
A great game that tests your memory and concentration and is a nice introduction to various classic novels.
