Move your 4 men once around the circular playing track and bring them safely home to the finish area. You can frustrate your opponents by sending their pieces back to home base. The first home, wins.

Game play is similar to Ludo but Frustration has a Pop-o-matic cube shaker in the centre of the board. Simply depress the plastic dome  and the contained dice is shaken off its base.

The instructions are clearly printed with description and illustrations on the box base.
