Travel round the board, collecting wines from different regions and bonuses or penalties. Points are scored only on return to Norwich.

Play a race against time; the player with most points after a set time, wins.
Play the connoisseurs' collection; players collect a number of wines from each region. Collect 8 wines with 2 players, 6 wines with 3 or 4 players and 5 wines with 5 or 6 players. The game ends when one player returns to Norwich.
