The Great Western Railway game has been designed to capture the spirit of the Great Western Railway Company (GWR). The board represents the GWR network in 1935, exactly 100 years after the company was formed. The game is played by moving around the network of railways shown on the board to collect matching sets of special GWR cards from stations around the country. The winner is the person whose collection of GWR cards has the highest value at the end of the game.
