Competition is ruthless. You will end up a millionaire or a pauper. The objective is to own all the property on the board.
The rules and assembly instructions are listed on the inside of the box lid. This is a fantastic 3D game to play. Construction and development of a number of hotels occurs in front of your eyes. Very colourful and impressive. The attention to detail of the pieces is stunning.
The game board is made of thick, rigid card with cut outs sunk into the board to enable the buildings to be securely positioned during play.
The 8 hotels are; Lakeside, The Royale, Pasadena, The Village, Ritz, Auntie Flo's , The Towers and Centre Point.

With colour coded roofs;
- red; Centrepoint, the Bank, the Town Hall, Ritz, Auntie Flo's
