Usual Monopoly rules apply. New to this edition;
- credit cards replace money
- the banker's electronic unit now has dual card slots for transfer between credit cards, one touch button for payments on passing Go and a timer countdown for time limits on deals
- income tax is £2,000,000
- super tax is £1,000,000
- pass go and collect £2,000,000
- credit card opening balance is £15,000,000

The stations have been replaced with Monopoly Rail, Monopoly Air, Monopoly Cruise and Monopoly Space. Utilities are now wind energy and solar energy.

Title deed properties are major cities, the property squares feature location photographs;
