- the banker offers for auction any remaining unsold concessions Phase two is normally fixed at 1 hour. Players
may begin operating concessions using derricks and platforms. They aim to balance their income and expenditure, avoid bankruptcy and develop
assets. At the agreed time, each player adds up their petrodollars and value
of their installations. The concession titles themselves have no value. The
winner is the player with the most assets at the agreed time.
